Individual Therapy – $200 per 55-minute session
Couples Therapy – $250 per 60-minute session
Immigration Evaluations – $1,500 (flat fee). Rush option is available for an additional $300

Initial Therapy Assessment

Your first session is a 60-minute space to explore what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk through your story, symptoms, personal history, and goals, so we can tailor your care with intention and clarity.

Ongoing Sessions

Ongoing sessions (55 minutes) are where the deep work happens—untangling what’s holding you back, healing emotional wounds, and building the courage, clarity, and mindset needed to live the life you truly want.

Payment & Insurance

Self-Pay (Private Pay)
Paying out-of-pocket gives you full privacy and flexibility in your care. There are no restrictions from insurance, and your diagnosis will not be added to your permanent health record.

Insurance Accepted
We currently accept Optum (UnitedHealthcare), Aetna, and Cigna through Alma, a third-party billing partner.

Out-of-Network Options
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, We will happy to provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) for possible reimbursement. Be sure to confirm details with your provider—here are some helpful questions to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health?

  • What’s my deductible, and has it been met?

  • What percentage of each session is reimbursed?

  • How many sessions are covered per year?

Please note: You are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service, regardless of insurance reimbursement.

Scheduling & Policies

Scheduling
Therapy works best with consistency. Most clients meet weekly, but biweekly may be possible based on your needs.

Cancellations
Cancellations require 48-hour notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged the full session fee.

Phone Calls
Calls longer than 15 minutes will incur a $40 fee.

Your insurance policy does not cover or pay for the cost of missed or late canceled appointments. The full session fee will be billed to your credit or debit card on file.
